Soon after, Gerald's daughter-in-law, Laura Kadonoff, joined the team, bringing a sharp eye for marketing and a passion for growing the new business. Together, they began laying the foundation for something bigger.

By 1994, RPG welcomed the next generation of leadership when Mark Kadonoff came aboard. With a focus on digital services, he helped launch one of the region’s first plain paper digital printing service bureaus—catering to architects, engineers, and contractors with fast, reliable printing right from their plans.

Just two years later, RPG introduced an innovative cost-per-square-foot pricing model, helping firms of all sizes bring wide-format printing in-house with greater affordability and flexibility. It was a game-changing move that set RPG apart.

A Family-Owned Business, Reimagined

In 2006, RPG officially became a second-generation family-owned business. Laura and Mark purchased the company and set a clear vision for its future—marked by innovation, integrity, and industry leadership. Laura became President and majority owner, and under their guidance, RPG grew rapidly—becoming one of the top 5 Xerox Engineering Systems dealers in the United States by 2012.

Leading with Technology, Adapting with Purpose

As the industry evolved, so did RPG. In 2015, the company embraced the cutting edge of print technology with the introduction of the HP PageWide XL line—ushering in the era of fast, full-color, inkjet-based wide-format printing. It was faster. Sharper. More reliable. And it aligned perfectly with RPG’s promise to always deliver better solutions for the modern jobsite.

Beyond Print: Building the Future of Construction Tech

Today, RPG is more than just a print solutions provider. Through strategic partnerships with Leica Geosystems and BricsCAD, the company has expanded into 3D laser scanning, reality capture, and construction layout robotics.

In 2024, RPG became one of the early adopters of HP SitePrint, an autonomous layout robot that prints directly onto construction surfaces—streamlining workflows and cutting rework for contractors managing multiple projects at once.
